Located in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, Wintergreen Performing Arts, Inc. is a non-profit organization that produces a high-quality summer music festival featuring symphonic and chamber concerts, as well as other performing arts programs throughout the year. Education is a major part of our mission, reflected both in the Wintergreen Summer Music Academy and in outreach programs for those living in the surrounding area. By attracting first-rate musicians to participate as performers and educators, we strive to enrich the lives of all--residents and visitors alike--who share the unique Wintergreen experience.

It marks the start of the new fiscal year. With an approved (and balanced) budget in place, the organization begins the process of finding all of the money that will be needed to mount the upcoming season.Ticket sales, while extremely important, cover a relatively small percentage of WPA's overall budget. The bulk of the funds come from individuals, corporations and foundations. WPA could not exist without the many Individuals who contribute to WPA's Annual Fund. The first and most important phase of WPA's Annual Fund drive takes place from October through December each year. WPA is on the move, and we need your support.
